Lucas’s love of a catchy, well-crafted song began at an early age. Starting with Alan Menken and Andrew Lloyd Webber and moving on to Burt Bacharach and Hal David, he took his songwriting cues from some of the best.

 

Years later, his band Low vs Diamond moved to Los Angeles and signed a record deal with Epic Records. While living in LA, Lucas was exposed to the process of composing music for films—something that thrills him to this day.

 

After moving on to become partner and creative director of PICO Music+Sound, he scored his first major campaign for Bank Of The West. His ear for memorable hooks quickly led to success on many other projects around the world.
