Pennywhistle is a 7-foot tall enigma from Seattle, WA. He started out by messing around and having fun with his work, which led him to his current position, where he messes around and has fun with his work.

 

Since founding PICO Music+Sound, Ellis has worked on countless projects for many major agencies and brands.
