Boston-raised Emeen Zarookian’s passion for film and music took shape at Emerson College, which landed him a composing/sound design gig for video game maker Harmonix Music Systems. (Rock Band, The Beatles: Rock Band, Fantasia: Music Evolved.)

 

After relocating to Los Angeles for the opportunity to score Hulu’s Resident Advisors, Emeen also began working as a session musician, both in the studio and on live productions, with artists like Emitt Rhodes and Badfinger, among others. Emeen continues to work on several video/VR games, while regularly lending his skills to various projects in film and TV.

 

With a love for the intricacies and history of 20th-century music production, and abilities as a multi-instrumentalist and engineer, Emeen has become a master of reproducing styles from the 1950s through today.
